The painting is handmade in Denmark. It is painted on high-quality cross-woven canvas, stretched on 4 cm thick pine frames. The color of the paintings will last for many years, as we only use paint with a high pigment content. The quality is reflected in the combination of the choice of materials, techniques, and the artists' magical ability and love to transform this into art. The artist leaves their mark on each painting with their own artistic expression, which is why details in the painting may vary from the original. We want our customers to have the best experience with the paintings.

Quality

All paintings from Art Copenhagen are made in the best materials, from mounting canvas - to the use of acrylic paint with an incredibly high content of color pigment, which ensures that the colors do not fade, but preserve the color fastness.

All paintings are delivered with a hanging and a description of the artist who painted the work - all paintings created in Art Copenhagen's own studio.
All paintings are hand-painted from scratch and all motifs are thus unique, which also means that there may be deviations from the picture you see here on the webshop. We do our utmost to get so close to the original in terms of colors and quality.

Our paintings are produced to order and we therefore have a slightly longer delivery time for these handmade pictures. In most cases, you have received the order for your painting within 5 working days.

Delivery:
Delivery price depends on shipping country, to see the price on your order go to checkout and registrer your address, choose delivery method and your price will show. We ship our products with UPS (smaller packages) and DACHSER (with bigger packages) Free shipping European orders above 69 EUR.

Our delivery time is 2 - 5 business days on the following product groups:
Posters / Frames / Circle Art / Poster Board

The delivery time on our handmade paintings is approx. 5 - 10 days.
All paintings are unique and hand-painted by Danish artists.

When your order is ready, we will send it with the selected shipping method. You will be informed regarding the delivery time when the item is dispatched.

Payment:
At ART COPENHAGEN we receive the following payment: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Returns:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of your purchase. The deadline is calculated from the day you received the item. If the order is delivered partly, the withdrawal deadline applies from the day you receive the last item.

If you choose to return a product, it must be in the same condition and quantity as on receipt. Similarly, the item must be returned in intact original or similar packaging. Goods returned must always be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Once we have received the goods returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account.

Warranty:
You have a 2 year warranty under the Buying Act. If you are unlucky to receive a damaged or incorrect item in relation to your order, you must respond within a reasonable time after you have found the error or defect. Complaints about visible defects and deficiencies that should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to ART COPENHAGEN within 2 weeks after this has been discovered. The goods can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or any credit according to agreement.

In connection with complaints, ART COPENHAGEN holds the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns are done by sending the goods to our address or delivering the goods to us personally. In case of personal delivery, an agreement must be made beforehand. Sufficient information must follow the package, for example a copy of the invoice.
